after upgrading Chromium from 1957 to 1989 there is no longer that constant outbound bandwidth consumption
I desperately wonder, what component had caused that. It cost me quite a few €, when that outbound bandwidth was with my mobile (i.e. “mobile phone”) Internet connection.
