A week later of the relevant sane backups already got removed.
This is, where my backups get stored in my home directory on my provider’s host:
…/wp/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-*-backups/
On my NAS in the “right” directory I already left a README with the rsync instructions.
Last time (when an insane plugin removed lots of categories from articles) I did not save those backups – and later, once I had an idea …, the backups were gone.
