But after the Polar support&#8217;s answer I renamed it as show above.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/PolarPersonalTrainer.com\">PolarPersonalTrainer.com<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the <em>old<\/em> website<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/flow.polar.com\">flow.polar.com<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the <em>new<\/em> website<\/li>\n<li>under &#8220;Add new product&#8221; they don&#8217;t list the V800<\/li>\n<li>they consider\u00a0its serial no as invalid<\/li>\n<li>I posted this problem at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PolarGlobal\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PolarGlobal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I wonder, when this will be fixed<\/li>\n<li>I wonder, whether or when they will reply to my problem report<\/li>\n<li>I posted this report to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.polar.com\/en\/support\/contact_us\/email_polar\">http:\/\/www.polar.com\/en\/support\/contact_us\/email_polar<\/a>, too, and it replied:\u00a0<em><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">Error \u2013\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li>I am not sure, I got their answer (same day!!!) on Facebook right, but it looks as if\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/PolarPersonalTrainer.com\">PolarPersonalTrainer.com<\/a> is their old website and <a href=\"https:\/\/flow.polar.com\">flow.polar.com<\/a> is their new website, and they are going to transfer data from <a href=\"http:\/\/PolarPersonalTrainer.com\">PolarPersonalTrainer.com<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/flow.polar.com\">flow.polar.com<\/a>\u00a0by September, and maybe that says,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/PolarPersonalTrainer.com\">PolarPersonalTrainer.com<\/a> is never going to support the V800; so I guess I should abandon using\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/PolarPersonalTrainer.com\">PolarPersonalTrainer.com<\/a>\u00a0at all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What a mess!\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;PolarPersonalTrainer.com does not let me register my Polar V800.&#8221; \u2013 that&#8217;s how I started this article.
