It contains controls to resize the current image, flip and rotate it, load and save different files, and bring up the other <em>xv<\/em> windows. It can be brought up by clicking the Right mouse button in the image window, or by pressing the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">?<\/span> key inside any open xv window.
