… and maybe they already closed your account – sometimes (after whatever investigation) they release your account again. But it does not help to ask them, they don’t answer. Maybe they do, if you are an “A-User” (i.e. you pay for it), they answer your enquiry. You can always threaten, you withdraw your PayPal / Google payment. And that would cost them stress and would involve a human service person. Which they want to avoid.
