IM clients and deleting conversations

I sort of like the feature to edit sent messages. I can somehow tolerate, that some messages can get deleted by the sender at any time. I cannot tolerate at all, that one participant can remove an entire conversation. I think the only one of the above to not support the removal of an entire conversation is Signal.
