“PolarPersonalTrainer.com does not let me register my Polar V800.” – that’s how I started this article. But after the Polar support’s answer I renamed it as show above.
- PolarPersonalTrainer.com – the old website
- flow.polar.com – the new website
- under “Add new product” they don’t list the V800
- they consider its serial no as invalid
- I posted this problem at https://www.facebook.com/PolarGlobal

- I posted this report to http://www.polar.com/en/support/contact_us/email_polar, too, and it replied: Error – The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
- I am not sure, I got their answer (same day!!!) on Facebook right, but it looks as if PolarPersonalTrainer.com is their old website and flow.polar.com is their new website, and they are going to transfer data from PolarPersonalTrainer.com to flow.polar.com by September, and maybe that says, PolarPersonalTrainer.com is never going to support the V800; so I guess I should abandon using PolarPersonalTrainer.com at all
